Wake up from winter and kickstart your spring in this 2 1/2 hour mix of barefoot workout, restorative yoga and guided meditation. In this invigorating workshop, you’ll start with a barefoot, whole body blend of standing Pilates, dance and yoga. Next, you’ll relax into three legendary restorative yoga postures, de-stressing the entire front body. You’ll complete this wellness experience with an uplifting guided meditation.
